Franco qualified as an accountant in 1985 and recieved a MSc in Finance from University of Leicester (UK) in 2006. He is an avid reader of MBA quality material, literature and reviews and a 5th dan black belt in Traditional Karate. Franco co-founded one of the top mid-tier accounting firms in Malta in 1990 where he was in charge of Corporate Strategy, Risk Management and Knowledge/Human Capital Development
